Snowdrop of the day, brought memories of ‘lady glass slippers’ that grow in the wilderness mountains of North Carolina. http://www.ncwildflower.org/images/pladysli2.jpg Plants named after everyday items or material objects stimulate my/our interests. Thanks for the snowdrops.

Lovely pic! Do you know which variety it is? I think I was reading somewhere that different snowdrop varieties are in fierce demand by collectors. I just always think of them as the first sign spring!
