English-language only notice; estuarine marshes that look to be formed by tides stronger than the Mediterranean’s. Where is it?

It is at Secovlje saltworks national park, in Slovenia. These are northernmost Mediterranean saltworks, still producing salt on a traditional way since 13th century. Now it is too hot, but otherwise it is a fantastic place for birdwatching, admiring protected plants and taking great photos, they have a museum and in their shop chocolate made with salt and extraordinary fleur de sel.

So I was wrong about the stronger tides. The notice in English only, though! Does this suggest it’s foreign tourists and not the locals who pick flowers?

I guess yes, many foreigners do visit the place, local people are more or less aware it is national park
